Healthier Workplaces - Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions associated with the Healthier Workplaces packages

  1. Signposting to Healthier Programmes is subject to eligibility criteria which can be found at eastridingleisure.co.uk/health. Please note some of our Healthier Programmes are funded for East Riding residents or East Riding GP patients only.
  2. Signposting to Stop Smoking services is provided by a third party who offer a free stop smoking service in the East Riding. Information about their services can be found at nhs-health-trainers.co.uk/smokefree. Healthier Workplaces is not responsible for continued provisions of this service. Should NHS health trainers cease to provide stop smoking services Healthier Workplaces will endeavour to source alternative signposting options.
  3. East Riding Leisure activity cards offer a simple way to book East Riding Leisure facilities online. Unless combined with another membership package, an activity card is a pay as you go card for East Riding Leisure services. Prices for leisure activities can be found at eastridingleisure.co.uk/prices.
  4. Free swim passes are redeemable at any East Riding Leisure centre. Swim passes represent the value of an adult swim admission. Please check your local East Riding Leisure site's pool timetable for public swim availability.
  5. The first month free at East Riding Leisure is subject to signing up to a 6-month direct debit membership on an East Riding Leisure core or corporate membership. This offer is only redeemable through the QR link provided to Healthier Workplaces employees. Online sign up only, this offer can not be redeemed at any East Riding Leisure reception.
  6. For the Sewerby Hall and Gardens 20% admission discount when using code 'healthier20' - Tickets must be purchased online only. Visit sewerbyhall.co.uk for further information.
  7. One week Premier membership, applicable with the Healthier Assessment package. Employees must have an induction to use the Tone Zone (gym), induction is included in the membership at no further charge. The one week pass is to be redeemed at fixed dates following the Healthier Workplaces consultation appointment. There is no flexibility to redeem the pass at alternative dates. Dates will be selected subject to the East Riding Leisure site availability and agreed prior to the Healthier Workplaces consultation. Details on what is included in a Premier membership can be found at eastridingleisure.co.uk/.
  8. One month Premier membership, applicable to the Healthier Lifestyle Package. Employees must have an induction to use the Tone Zone (gym), induction is included in the membership at no further charge. One month pass is to be redeemed at fixed dates following Healthier Workplaces consultation appointment. There is no flexibility to redeem the pass at alternative dates. Dates will be selected subject to the East Riding Leisure site availability and agreed prior to Healthier Workplaces consultation.   9. Entry to win a pair of Bridlington Spa tickets: winners can redeem a pair of tickets to selected shows at Bridlington, subject to availability. The winner should contact James Storrie at james.storrie@eastriding.gov.uk for more information on eligible shows. Prizes are drawn with one winner in every 100 employees, this may span across several organisations.
  10. Entry to win a weekend away at South Cliff Holiday Caravan Park (SCHP). Weekend (Three nights - Friday to Monday) Mid-Season breaks in one of our two or three bedroom standard holiday homes. Bookings will be subject to availability, not available during school holidays or Bank Holidays. On official notification from the competition organiser the winner and their contact details will be passed over to SCHP who will contact the winner directly to inform them of how to redeem and book. Further details about SCHP and our accommodation and facilities can be found on our web site, southcliff.co.uk. Our standard booking terms and conditions will apply at the time of booking. Please note our Holiday Homes do not allow pets. Prizes are drawn once every three months, with four winners being drawn each year.
